For the past 25 years, this is how I try to make a living. That means I have to sell my items in a timely manner. If I don't, I will hear my wife says this: Hey, Jerry, when are you going to make a deposit at the bank? Fortunately, I have not heard that dreaded question too often. On rare occasions, when she happens to be stressed, she might not use the word Jerry.

She might say a different word. I grew up watching the Yankees on television--WPIX in New York. From 1959 through the 1960s, my parents had cable in Atlantic City, where I grew up. So in additional to New York Channels 5 and 9, we got about 130 Yankees games a year on channel 11--WPIX. Mel Allen, the greatest baseball announcer of all time, did the play by play with Red Barber and Phil Rizzuto. My dad was a Giants fan, so I was a Giants fan. The only Yankees player I liked was Yogi Berra. He was a leader--a great catcher, a great thrower and a superb clutch hitter.

Yogi might have been one of the last blue collar baseball players in history. He wasn't the fastest.

But he was arguably one of the three best catchers in baseball history. His Yankees team won 10 World Series. That's a record that will never be broken. Recently, Yogi was honored with a U.
